We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Make sure to take your measurements and compare them with the guide for the best fit. If you're still unsure, our customer service team can assist you.

We have a number of size charts available to help you with sizes. The best way is to click on the "Whats My Size" button on the product page. This will show you exact measurements to help you with sizes. 

As a general rule of thumb, our rash guards are designed to be skin-tight and fitted to your body. This is neither "running small" or "running big" but what we would consider a fitted size. 

From years of extensive customer feedback and athlete use, we know that the majority of customers prefer a fit that is contoured to their body to avoid tangles of toes or fingers and to assist in moisture-wicking sweat during high-performance use. 

Please expect the fit to be like a glove to your body that fits perfectly, does not choke or cut off circulation, and never appears baggy or loose. If you prefer a looser fit like a t-shirt, its recommended to order sizes up accordingly.
